About Us

From the cath lab to the surgical suite, the quality & value of medical equipment shapes patient-care, clinical outcomes and financial stability.

Our Story

IncMD, Inc. was organized in 2017 by Vincent Berry as a small venture supplying disposable medical supplies, point-of-care testing devices, and laboratory and ancillary services to local primary care practices. At the time, Vincent was a Medical Degree (MD) candidate at Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine (CMED), drawing on his previous professional experience as a medical laboratory technologist to launch and grow the business.

Going business-to-business, Vincent introduced these products directly to physicians in the community — many of whom also served as part-time professors. The positive feedback he received on both product quality and cost savings validated the model and sparked a deeper understanding: the financial resources behind medicine directly shape the quality of patient care, the strength of the revenue cycle, and the long-term health outcomes of entire populations.

What began as a small medical equipment distribution business has since evolved into a multi-faceted firm with multiple subsidiaries at the intersection of healthcare, marketing and finance consulting, and community and educational impact. Along the way, a need was realized that extended far beyond simply delivering devices. Physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems were increasingly facing serious challenges in valuing, managing, and maximizing their healthcare assets and businesses. That realization ultimately shaped the mission for IncMD, which stands as a trusted Partner in Health that offers:

  • Medical Equipment Distribution – Connecting providers with high-quality, cost-effective devices to improve care and stretch budgets.
  • Marketing & Growth Strategy – Helping practices and healthcare organizations position themselves competitively and reach more patients.

  • Asset Valuation & Liquidation – Delivering USPAP-compliant valuations and maximizing recovery during transitions, restructurings, or closures.

  • Education & Community Empowerment – Equipping students, patients and communities with knowledge to take a more active role in their health and wellness through student-internship programs and local events.

From courtrooms to clinics, boardrooms to communities, IncMD’s purpose is rooted in more than financial transactions and marketing campaigns. Our philosophy is built on foundations that add value to the healthcare ecosystem by preserving resources, improving care, and helping people live longer, healthier lives.

InclusionMD partnered with local universities to engage premed students in a leadership program designed to prepare premedical students for medical school by placing them in various clinical, surgical and healthcare settings. The students, from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, concluded the program by conducting comprehensive research and publishing a white paper on InclusionMD Biologics product lines. All participants were accepted in professional school.
