IncMD, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Vincent Berry while he was a medical student at Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine. Drawing on his background as a medical laboratory technologist, Vincent began supplying disposable medical supplies and point-of-care testing devices directly to local primary care practices. The positive response from physicians validated a core insight: the financial health of a medical practice directly shapes patient outcomes.
What started as a small distribution venture has evolved into a multi-faceted firm at the intersection of healthcare, business consulting, and community impact. As IncMD grew, so did the scope of challenges we observed—physicians and health systems struggling to value, manage, and maximize their healthcare businesses.
Today, IncMD stands as a Partner in Health, offering:
Medical Equipment Distribution – High-quality, cost-effective devices that improve care and stretch budgets
Marketing & Growth Strategy – Competitive positioning to help practices reach more patients
Asset Valuation & Liquidation – USPAP-compliant valuations and recovery services for transitions or closures
Education & Community Empowerment – Internship programs and local events that equip students and communities to take an active role in health and wellness
From courtrooms to clinics, our purpose extends beyond transactions—we preserve resources, improve care, and help people live longer, healthier lives.
While attending Medical School, Vincent Berry goes business-to-business in his community offering disposable medical supplies and ancillary services to local primary care practices as a student during his pastime.

InclusionMD, Inc. moves its headquarters to West Bloomfield Michigan and expands services through two new subsidiaries: InclusionMD Market Development, which offered marketing & business consulting services, and InclusionMD Biologics, which specialized in surgical devices and biologics.

InclusionMD partnered with local universities to engage premed students in a leadership program designed to prepare premedical students for medical school by placing them in various clinical, surgical and healthcare settings. The clinical rotations provided these future doctors with the clinical experience hours and knowledge that medical schools require from their applicants and future matriculates. The students, from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, concluded the program by conducting comprehensive research and publishing a white paper on InclusionMD Biologics product lines. All participants were accepted in professional school.

Abstract
"The purpose of this review is to evaluate and understand the various preparation and separation parameters for Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) use in dermatological settings. Further, this evidence-based assessment is intended to aid in the standardization and classification of PRP research parameters, provide background information related to molecular and biological mechanisms of PRP, and offer insight regarding clinical standards and best practices when choosing a PRP concentrating system for your practice and patients."
As their final project, the IncMD Student Interns publish a comprehensive literature review of Platelet Rich Plasma products on the market.
The literature review was used to strengthen IncMD's c-PRP Concentrating Systems, inasfar that it was used to help guide the manufacturing process, compliance, and better our understanding of parameters in the collection, preparation and separation process that directly effect concentration, dose and overal efficiency. The review can be accessed using the link above.

Healthcare is changing faster than ever — from reimbursement shifts and regulatory pressures to consolidation and technology turnover. At IncMD, we are preparing clients not just for today’s challenges, but for tomorrow’s opportunities. By 2030, we aim to help healthcare organizations and financial institutions recover and reallocate over $100 million in value. That means more resources directed back into patient care, stronger healthcare businesses, and a more sustainable system overall. Check out some of our Case Studies to see how far along we are toward achieving our Vision.
Because the stakes are too high to get it wrong. We’re not just appraisers. We’re not just liquidators. We are partners in health and partners in business. Whether you’re a physician protecting your practice, a trustee navigating bankruptcy, or a lender securing an investment, IncMD is here to make sure your decisions are backed by clarity, compliance, and confidence.
As a small local business, IncMD delivers first-class customer service with a personal touch – clients talk to real people who care, not faceless call centers. This means more attentive support than large corporate competitors offer. Decisions and support are handled fast and flexibly to meet each client’s needs.
Healthcare-First Perspective
Unlike general appraisal firms, INCMD specializes exclusively in healthcare. We understand the difference between a Siemens CIOS Alpha C-Arm and a GE OEC 9900, and how those differences affect value, compliance, and recovery.
Court-Ready Compliance
Every valuation adheres to USPAP standards, leverages AHA life cycle models, and aligns with IRS and CMS guidelines. Our reports are designed to withstand scrutiny in boardrooms, audits, and courtrooms alike.
End-to-End Solutions
From FMV to liquidation, from consulting to logistics, we provide a single point of accountability for healthcare organizations navigating change.
