The Medtronic autoLog Autotransfusion System is a compact intraoperative cell-salvage console designed to collect shed surgical blood, wash and concentrate the red cells in a 135 mL centrifuge bowl, and return them to the patient. Medtronic’s stated intended use is the collection, concentration, washing and reinfusion of autologous blood in general, cardiovascular, orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures and post-operative care areas. The autoLog was the predecessor to the current autoLog IQ; single-use wash kits (e.g. ATL2001, ATLS21/ATLS24 packs) remain available through major distributors.
What’s Included: Base unit only as pictured; accessories not included unless shown. Hardshell reservoir bracket, IV pole/hanger, power cord, disposable wash kit and collection reservoir are NOT confirmed present.
Condition: Used – sold as-is, untested; cosmetic and functional condition to be confirmed on inspection. No calibration, self-test or biomedical verification has been performed. A biomedical inspection is strongly recommended before any clinical use.
