SCHUERCH Beach Chair Shoulder Surgery Positioner

The Schuerch beach chair positioner replaces the head section of a standard OR table to place the patient in the seated (beach chair) position for shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, arthroplasty and other upper-extremity procedures. A torso board with removable lateral cut-out boards exposes the operative shoulder, while an adjustable head assembly supports and secures the head and cervical spine. Being a manual, non-powered unit, there are no hydraulics, motors or batteries to fail, making it a simple, durable option for ASCs and hospitals.
